- Taking overall responsibility and to lead effectively the cost control function on the project. Implementing policies, guidelines to establish appropriate cost control practices for the company.- Preparation and maintenance of accurate schedules, compliant estimates, budgets for the project, maintain project cost and work, fund management & reporting.- Setting up cost control procedures and cost breakdowns for follow up and control.- Monitoring progress for the purpose of payment certificates preparation, record running costs, compare to budget Project cost control and accounting.- Forecasts and report to management on a regular basis. REQUIREMENTS: - Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in the field of cost controlling- Preferably a Civil Engineer (with QS Experience)- Experience in Cost Control and knowledge with iTWO, Accounting & Procurement would be an advantage (but are not mandatory)- Excellent knowledge in MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.)- A team-player, self-motivated, structured / organised individual. Can Manage a team of Cost Controllers.- Comprehensive training period will be given prior site deployment.
