Guildhall is assisting a major contracting organisation who is working on an airport project in Qatar on all their recruitment activities. We are currently looking for a Cost Control Manager to undertake the following tasks:- Asses the financial performance of the project analyzing revenues, costs, risks and margin trends.- Budget monitoring, follow up and control with the cost control team- Preparation of Monthly Cost Reports- Develop and implement the Earn Value management software REQUIREMENTS: In order to be considered for this position, candidates must have the following skills and experience:- Degree in Engineering, Finance, Quantity Surveying, Cost control or equivalent- 10+ years of experience in Cost Management- Experienced in Qatar working for a Contractor- Locally available in Qatar
