Employment: Full Time Job Duration: Permanent Employment Supervise Quality Management System through best practices and the appropriate staffing and management of a quality team.Assist the relevant management in strategy development on strategy details based on the information/ data gathered and analyzed and based on leading practiceDesign effective and appropriate measures in addressing challenges within specific areas and applying relevant conceptual frameworks where applicableOrganize data into report format and arrange for the preparation of graphic illustrations of research findingsSupport in adoption of enterprise wide frameworks for quality management and raise awareness to ensure proper implementationMaintain the Ashghal Wide Quality Management System to specify how quality will be managed across the organizationContribute in the development and deployment of quality policies and performance measures and monitor their implementation to ensure adherence to quality standards across the organizationPerform quality assessments to monitor complianceLaunch surveys that seek to measure the on quality of clients services to both internal and external stakeholdersPerform other duties / tasks as required.
