REQUIREMENTS: Specific Responsibilities include:Issue and maintenance of the Project Contract Plan.ITT, Commercial evaluation, award, management and closeout of all offsite fabrication and construction contractsExpediting of all off site fabrication contracts.Inspection of all off site fabrication contractsContracts Change & Claim managementContract close-out and performance evaluation of contractors.Education, Skills & Experience:15 years experience in Brown Field Oil and Gas related project; Design, Engineering and construction10 years in Oil and Gas Operations with experience in contracting5 years experience as a contracting senior contracting engineer in a project deliveryExperience in the Middle East and working experience for EPC framework will be an added advantageExperience with major Brownfield project work that include shutdown or upgrade activities and exposure to working in multi-cultural environments is desirable.Strong, and demonstrated, personal commitment to HSSE Leadership and experience in managing HSSE throughout all project phases
