Contract ManagerReference: RP019-127:Vistas Global is seeking an experienced Contract Manager to oversee all contract-related aspects for our holding company and its subsidiaries. The successful candidate will be responsible for safeguarding the company’s reputation by ensuring compliance with all regulatory guidelines and managing legal matters, including contracts, frameworks, and disputes. The role will also involve overseeing mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and due diligence processes. A key focus will be on contract law based on FIDIC or JCT, with regional experience in administering or defending contracts and sub-contracts in construction and engineering.
