Our Consulting practice currently focuses on several core sectors including Consumer and Industrial Products & Services, Energy, Utilities & Mining (CIPSEUM), Financial Services, Government, Health Industries, Finance Function, People and Organisations and Technology.As a Senior Associate, youll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to- Proactively assist in the management of several clients, while reporting to Managers and above- Train and lead staff- Establish effective working relationships directly with clients- Contribute to the development of your own and teams technical acumen- Keep up to date with local and national business and economic issues- Be actively involved in business development activities to help identify and research opportunities on new/existing clients- Continue to develop internal relationships and your PwC brand REQUIREMENTS: REQUIREMENTS- The candidate will be achievement oriented with the ability to be flexible and adaptive on a daily basis. They will be able to work independently and as part of a team with a fast pace and a high energy that will translate into a high quality output.- Bachelors degree or equivalent from a top tier university. Masters degree will be preferred but is not essential- 2-5 years of relevant experience in either a technical / industry role or with a management consulting firm.- Strong interest in the latest developments in CIPS sectors- Excellent project management and organisational skills, having the ability to prioritise workload whilst being resilient and being able to cope well under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.- Experience in / understanding of data collection, data management and analytics, information management. Expertise in VBA and other excel based programming languages is desirable- Language Skills: Excellent communication skills (verbal and written). Fluent in English but multilingual Arabic speaker preferable.- The ability and willingness to travel within the Middle East and worldwide where the project dictates.
