job Responsibility

To monitor various Interface transactions between warehouse & ERP systems.
To reconcile inbound and outbound transactions between warehouse and ERP systems.
To check and verify PO receipts in ERP system.
To transact Misc. issue transactions in ERP.
To transact shipping of orders for various Sub-inventories.
Problem shoot Order management and Shipping problems in Oracle system.
Liaise with User departments to resolve various NCR?s received from warehouse by email.
To transact Stores Transfer Chit (STC) for User depts. In ERP.
Track and manage QCR reports sent by warehouse with various User depts.
Manage Repair / Calibration orders from User depts. with warehouse .
Prepare GRDN (Goods Received Descrepancy Note) and post in ERP for any discrepancy in the goods
received and follow up for replacement / correction.
Tabulate and keep record of Pallet count, CBM and other parameters from GWC on daily basis.
Liaise with Logistics dept. & GWC for inbound shipments and PO details.
Send weekly stock reports to various BU?s / Depts.
Send Monthly Ageing Report to various BU?s.
Track, monitor & report various warehouse contract KPI?s.
Take initiatives to optimize stock at warehouse with various User depts. / BU?s.
Manage Write-off process and stock at warehouse .
