Bachelor?s Degree in Mechanical EngineeringMust have minimum of 15 years of solid work experience as Construction Manager / Management Level / Oil & Gas Industry.PMP / Construction and Operations Management with strong Construction Operation Management experience with company setting in EPIC (Engineering, Procurement, Installation and Commissioning), Sales - Oil & Gas, Shutdown and Manpower Supply.English - ProficientConstruction Managers activities?Health, Safety and Environment Management, ensures Incident and Injury Free during the early stage of construction up to completion of the project.?Personnel Management ? Plans, organize, coordinates, delegation and Training. Ensures that all personnel are guided by the company policy and regulations.?Cost and Control Management ? Ensures that budget of the project shall maximize as per the approved funds.?Material and Store Management ? Monitors the material requisition and ensures that all materials are as per the project standard approved by the client.?Construction Management ? Ensures that all technical activities are as per approved for Construction (AFC) drawings. Monitors the progress and schedule as per contract.?Quality and Productivity Management ? Ensures that all activities related to project execution such as fabrication, Inspections, Quality Assurance, HSE, material handling, Installation, commissioning and start up shall be in order and met as per the standard set by the client.?Coordinate and interface with sub-contractors related to technical issues of the project.?Resolve technical issues during construction and coordinates with the Project Manager.?Provide weekly progress reports and ensure timely completion of the project.?Monitor of Documents and records all drawing revisions.
