Job Summary??????Our client is looking for a Construction Project Manager to play the following roles...

Review & maintain organized and detailed records and documents of all projects (i.e. shop drawings, quantity surveying, purchase orders, etc.) and coordinate with different departments to get these documents issued
Monitor sub-contractors, consultants and suppliers? activities to ensure project delivery is on time and within budget.
Follow-up on the deliveries and invoices of the received materials.
Develop or implement policies, standards, or procedures for engineering and technical work.
Provides responses to bids, proposals, and contract negotiations
Analyzes all requirements and provisions in contracts, including terms and conditions, to ensure compliance with all laws and regulations and company policies and procedures
Provide advice regarding the interpretation of contract terms and conditions to company departments for clarification.
Manage the cost analysis and cost control of site activities.
Review technical and commercial comparison sheets of offers received from the subcontractors.
Prepare internal weeklymonthly reports necessary, to monitor, control, and support decision-making
Plan and implement projects
Define tasks and required resources
Manage budget Allocate project resources
Create schedule and project timeline Track deliverables
Monitor and report on project progress
Present to stakeholders reports on progress as well as problems and solutions
Implement and manage change when necessary to meet project outputs.

Requirements:

Bachelor degree in civil Engineering with 15-20 years of experience
Excellent knowledge of market, sub-contractors and materials prices.
Review tender documents and prepare contract analysis report including main points, concerns, and risks to be considered during the pricing process and taking decisions.
Review contracts drafted by other parties in order to maintain minimum risks to the company.
Draft all correspondences necessary for the Projects to preserve company rights.
