Monitor Project Progress
Solving day to day site issues
Review of material submittals, Method statement, etc..
Review of shop drawings (along with concerned engineers)
Review of programs, procurement logs and engineering schedules
Attending site inspections upon IR submissions (along with concerned engineers)
Review of As-Built documents for authorities compliance (along with concerned engineers)
Coordination with client, contractor and concerned stake holders
Charing and issuing minutes of meetings with client, contractor and concerned stake holders
Attending testing and commissioning of systems
Initiating and attending pertinent authority inspections (along with concerned engineers)
Being present during all inspections and signing-off Inspection request
Advising on resolving the comments raised by Authorities
Re-inspecting to ensure the compliance with the comments of Authorities
