Construction Manager - MechanicalResponsibilities:?Manage all aspects of cooling water/EPC projects, from initial feasibility studies to final commissioning and handover.?Oversee the execution of EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) and Cooling Water projects from inception to completion.?Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and ensure adherence to timelines and financial targets.?Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.?Lead and motivate project teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.?Monitor project progress and performance, and implement corrective actions and ensure project success.?Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, and maintain strong relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat businessQualifications :?Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.?Minimum 15+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on cooling water systems and EPC projects.?8+ Years GCC Experience is Mandatory?Demonstrated experience in managing all phases of project execution, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource management.?Strong Understanding of Cooling Water System, Construction and Operation?Strong Projects Management Skills?Proven Experience in Monitoring Project activities.?Excellent Communication, Leadership and Negotiation Skills.?Arabic Speaking Candidates preferred??
