Key Responsibilities: Lead and supervise construction teams, subcontractors, and vendors.Develop construction schedules, plans, and resource allocation strategies.Monitor progress and ensure project milestones are met.Enforce strict safety standards and protocols across the site.Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and commissioning teams.Conduct regular site inspections and quality assurance activities.Manage project documentation, reporting, and stakeholder communication.Candidate Requirements: Experience: Minimum 10+ years in Oil & Gas EPC projects, specifically in refinery construction.Sector Background: Proven EPC refinery construction experience with a strong track record in GCC countries.Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field; PMP or similar certification preferred.Skills: Strong leadership, project management, safety compliance, and problem-solving skills.GCC Experience: Extensive knowledge of local standards, regulations, and construction practices.Availability: Immediate or short notice preferred.Salary & Benefits:Competitive salary package, expatriate benefits, accommodation, transportation, and medical coverage.
