SPIR Lead must have more than 15 years of experience inScaffolding, Insulation, Painting & RefractoryServices role in the Petrochemical, Petroleum Refining or Power Generation industry of which at least10 years as Supervisor and 5 years in Site Management position or equivalent.
Member of the TA Department functionally reporting to the Site TA Manager and to Event Manager(s) for event specific/day to day activities.
He/she will be responsible for all SPIR related TA scope planning/preparations/interface with TMES/TEIS and execution activities for their allotted events across all event blocks. He/she will manage the 2 SPIR TA Contractors, ensuring preparations are undertaken in accordance with MTAC SPIR contract.
During TA execution the incumbent will be responsible for execution of the SPIR turnaround activities (executed by 2 SPIR contractors) according to the agreed premises relating to HSSE, Quality, Schedule, and Cost.
Will be the main interface between SPIR contractors and TMES/TEIS contractors, supporting BL?s and Event management in any SPIR related topics
