Job Description

COLLECTING POOL OF CANDIDATES FOR OUR UPCOMING PROJECTS IN IRAQ!Responsibilities

  • Highlights opportunities for developing, maintaining and revisingpolicies and procedures for the general operation of complianceprogram to prevent illegal, unethical or improper conduct.
  • Reviewing investigation reports, discussing, recommending andfollowing up the recommendations with concerned parties beforeraising the reports to the Compliance head for final review andapproval.
  • Preparing and performing compliance programs which include thetests that will be performed by compliance officers during fieldinspection.
  • Managing and supervising a team of compliance officers andpreparing field inspection visits and training plans.
  • Working with Human Resources Department and others asappropriate to develop effective compliance training, includingappropriate introductory training for new officers as well as ongoingtraining for all officers and managers.
  • Liaise with regional operation managers and middle managementto collaborate on joint projects and initiatives
  • Conduct Performance discussion with the subordinates, wheneverapplicable, according to the Performance System Manual throughopen discussion to establish Associate?s development andPerformance Awareness.
  • Supervising compliance officers in creating and closing fieldinspection visits; Supervise compliance officers in conducting andclosing investigation interviews
  • Recommending & following up required training courses/programsfor Compliance team
  • Participating in Interviewing new candidates, and recommendingfor new hires
  • Manage, mentor and develop associates and ensure they areprovided opportunities for development and that career paths andsuccession plans are charted out through a Succession/Progression Development Interventions.
