Job Description

About this role:

  • Works with Company PMT Construction and Quality personnel to ensure that inspection and testing gaps between Commissioning phase and Construction phase are addressed and that Construction and Quality activities are also being tracked properly
  • Central point for scheduling walkdowns and punch list consolidation meetings at site
  • Support Company PMT team members by generating reports
  • Supports Pioneer Camp Contractor with completion of Site Acceptance Packages prior to handover including following up on a day to day basis with closeout of critical activities preventing final handover of facility or Areas
  • Generates regular reports which tracks work progress and helps identify issues preventing progress
  • Punchlist items are accurately describing deficiency and required rectification as well as accurately classified per project punch list procedure
  • Prepares weekly report inputs
  • Actively manages punch list from Company perspective at site. Responsible to ensure that Company has verified or rejected Pioneer Camp Contractors punch list rectification activities.
What you need to bring:
  • 5-10 years broad experience in different EPC project phases i.e. basic engineering and/or detailed engineering, procurement and construction with at least 5 years specific involvement in Pre-Commissioning and Commissioning major process facilities
  • Experience with contractors and vendors, in particular those involved in System Completion
  • Fluent in written and spoken English at a high technical level. Able to write formal correspondence in English
  • Previous work experience in completion with Company and/or in Ras Laffan is an advantage
  • Work location will be in Ras Laffan City site offices.
