Job SummaryOur client is looking for a Community & Influencers Manager to play the following roles...

Develop a comprehensive community and influencers engagement strategy that effectively supports business and marketing objectives.
Lead and oversee community and influencers engagement program execution.
Work with other teams to identify and execute on opportunities for community growth and integration of community marketing programs into overall Brand and Digital Marketing initiatives.
Define, monitor and organize key metrics, KPI and goals (quantitative and qualitative) to measure overall community/KOL engagement program success and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:

Degree holder with 4-5 years of experience.
Proven work experience in supervisory level.
Established track record of forming successful community and influencer partnerships that contributed to brand growth.
Strong leadership skills and ability to address challenging situations.
Social Monitoring tools proficiency is needed, but not mandatory (e.g: Social Bakers, Linkfluence, Meltwater, etc)
