Required to join a Facilities Management company in Qatar. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing pre and post contract activities and FM service providers. Other responsibilities will includeReviewing the procurement processCarry out a review of current FM contractsCreate and manage an approved suppliers list whenever neededDevelop in conjunction with the team SLAs/KPls for the service providers.Prepare Tender documentation for RFI/RFPApplicants should meet the following criteriaBachelors degree in quantity surveying, Civil Engineering or Accounting or equivalentMinimum 15 years working experience in commercial contractsWill ideally have some experience of working in the Middle East marketA proven track record of working as a Senior QS/Commercial Manager with the FM or construction sectorPerfect command of spoken and written EnglishRICS, MRICS or equivalent qualified.
