Looking for a Collection Officer on immediate basisJob descriptions:? Collection of receivables from clients, follow up and visiting client premises for collection, communicate and send official correspondences and ensure collection of overdue.? Coordinate reconciliation of statement of accounts between clients and accounts department.? Periodic / daily reporting on collection status Vs receivables to Finance Manager and General Manager.? Suggest and implement payment plan with customers having a receivable ageing beyond payment terms.? Writing final notice warnings to customers when payments are not being made.? Any other task related to receivable collection as and when provided by the Finance Manager / General Manager.? Commissions paid on recoveries
