Key Responsibilities: Inspect and verify coating applications on surfaces to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.Prepare and review coating procedures, work plans, and inspection reports.Monitor and document surface preparation, coating application, and curing processes.Conduct visual and physical inspections, including thickness testing and adhesion tests.Identify and report coating defects or non-conformances and recommend corrective actions.Coordinate with the construction team to ensure proper application and curing times.Support HSE policies related to coating activities and ensure safe work practices.Maintain accurate records of coating inspections and testing results.
