Key Job AccountabilitiesCollect technical data for the preparation of CMMS templates.

Ensure CMMS database is updated with latest project documentation and relevant changes.
Ensure all equipment in the registry conforms to standardized numbering convention.
Complete quality check of all templates and load files to ensure compliance with client procedures.
Ensure future asset cost centres are captured in the database to allow Work Orders initiation.
Liaise regularly with end users to ensure effective use of CMMS system and its associated applications.
