Our client, Hamad Medical Corporation, is looking to recruit a Clinical Psychologist to work in Addiction Treatment & Rehab, Substance Misuse Disorders within their Mental Health Service.EligibilityTo be eligible to apply for this role you must;

• Hold a Master Degree in Clinical Psychology
• Valid Primary Licence from the country of origin AND should be eligible for licence from the Licensing Authority in the State of Qatar to practice Healthcare
• Be registered with the Health Care Professionals Council (HCPC) or relevant other council
• Have 6 years? experience, post qualification, in Clinical Psychology with experience in Addiction Rehabilitation (Substance/Alcohol etc.)
• Speak Arabic

Job SummaryUnder general supervision, provides psychological assessment, diagnosis and individual, group and family therapy. Case management services, referrals and follow-up to acute, chronic or moderately disturbed ill clients and/or patients.Key Accountabilities

• Diagnoses or evaluates mental and emotional disorders of individuals and administers programmes of treatment.
• Observes patients in various situations and selects, administers and interprets intelligence level.
• Participates in educational programmes, in-service meetings, clinician meetings and workshops.
• Develop and implement clinical research programmes.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
