We’re Hiring: Clinical Application Specialist (Laboratory)Location: Doha, QatarCompany: Khalid Scientific Co.Full-TimeQualifications and Experience:· Bachelor’s Degree holder in medical technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, Biochemistry, Medical Microbiology or closely related field.· Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in Qatar.· Strong working knowledge of various laboratory disciplines (e.g., hematology, chemistry, immunology, microbiology, molecular diagnostics).· Excellent technical troubleshooting and effective problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to address challenges within the local context.· Proven experience in the validation of laboratory equipment and software, ensuring accurate and reliable performance.· Demonstrated ability to deliver engaging training and present technical information clearly to diverse customers.· Strong communication and interpersonal skills· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)· Fluency in English, both written and spoken· With Qatar Driving License· A high level of confidentialityResponsibilities:Training and Education· Develop, coordinate, and deliver comprehensive training programs for customers on the proper use, maintenance and application of the company’s laboratory products portfolio.·Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and accessible online resources.· Provide ongoing support and education to customers on new product features and applications and best practices.· Work closely with the Sales team to support product marketing and promotional activities through technical expertise and presentations.Troubleshooting and Instrument Validations:·Serve as the primary point contact for all technical and application-related inquiries from our customers across Qatar concerning our laboratory instruments, software, reagents.· Take a lead role in the thorough validation of Laboratory instruments, ensuring compliance with relevant local and international standards and regulations.· Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of instrument validation procedures for the successful installation and commissioning of laboratory instruments.Product Knowledge and Expertise:· Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company’s laboratory product portfolio, including instrumentation, software solutions, and reagents.· Stay current with relevant clinically relevant practices, emerging industry trends, and competitor products.· Provide valuable feedback to product development teams on customer needs, and potential product enhancements.Actively participate in product launches and provide essential technical support for marketing activities.
