In order to succeed in this role, applicants should demonstrate the following qualifications, skills and experience.- Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or equivalent- 10+ years post graduate experience- Experienced in designing and constructing retail spaces and commercial buildings- Experienced in managing fit-out and handing over to FM- Experienced managing a division overseeing multiple projects- Ideally experienced in Qatar DC1, DC2 approval process
