Ensures a positive experience for patients and their families during their time at Sidra. Provides multilingual assistance to guests and patients, ensuring effective communication and understanding among diverse groups. Aids patients and visitors in navigating the Sidra hospital campus, operating the information kiosks, providing instructions for patient portal self-registration and information for online medicine and supply ordering. Accompanies guests to service areas upon request. Assists guests with special needs in navigating the hospital, providing guidance on accessible routes, facilities, and services. Escalates guest concerns, complaints, suggestions, or incidents immediately to the Supervisor for prompt service recovery intervention. Manages incoming patient calls, addressing their queries at either the information desks or the feedback call center. Ensures accurate destination information, including department names and phone numbers, is provided before transferring incoming calls. Adheres to professional telephone etiquette for handling incoming calls. Accurately and promptly documents patient feedback and rounding notes as outlined in departmental guidelines. Extends information services to online platforms, providing virtual assistance to web visitors through live chats or chatbots. Provides timely responses to all patient inquiries.
