Job Description
Coordinate with concerned Team Leader / Engineer, internally, and make all necessary arrangements including orientation drawing prior to commencement of work.
Issue internal requisition for required material according to site progress.
Make daily site supervision for all type of civil projects during the execution of work and ensure its quality and attend site progress meeting.
Ensure physical Completion and arrange to carry out testing & measurement for the completed work.
Carryout all related office paper works including completion certificate & invoices.
Coordinate with˙ related Depts., Contractors, Government Authorities & 3rd Party Clients/Consultants, if required, to ensure that the progress of large-scale projects is in accordance with the progress plan and milestones.
Closely monitor the work progress to ensure completion of Work Orders within the proposed duration and on or before Planned Completion Date
Follow up execution of work to keep up work quality and ensure adherence to work standards & best practices.
Coordinate with˙ PPO before start any activity in existing˙ network.
Ensure achieving the Dept?s KPI and, if necessary, take correction actions.
