AddThis Sharing ButtonsCategoryOperationsPosition LocationsCape Canaveral, Florida, Qatar,Tracking Code8170Position TypeFull-Time/RegularMust be a United States Citizen, OCONUS Position QatarAs the Civil Engineer - TNAP AMP Manager you will work with managers assigned to their area of responsibilities in conjunction with real property accounting listings make smart, fiscally minded, logical and sustainment-minded decisions using the preventive maintenance - corrective maintenance and repair maintenance. Use data to forecast and project future projects; work between the shops, Requirements and Optimization (R&O) section and Engineering Flight to prioritize sustainment projects according to Mission Dependency Index Probability of Failure Critical Component Effective Equipment.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:* Shall Provide plan and develop projects in accordance with the approved base development plans.* Shall conduct root cause analysis of failing systems in order to accurately determine the scope of the projects.* The TNAP AMP manager shall coordinate and host the quarterly Sub-AMP Working Group, according to The Activity Management Process Operating Instruction.* Complete design reviews for pavement projects from the Operations Flight perspective.* The TNAP AMP manager shall update the Pavement Condition Index in PAVER. and shall also serve as the engineering expert and liaison for the Traffic Safety Council.* Shall provide complete design assistance services including preparation of civil site work drawings and water/sewer designs based on existing local utilities and facility load and use.* Shall compile and integrate work of other disciplines into the project design documentation.* Shall also be responsible for selected construction inspections, quality control, submittal reviews beyond the expertise of construction managers.EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:* BS Degree in Civil Engineering or global equivalent in engineering field of study* Five (5) years of work-related experience* Must have a minimum of 2 years of project management experience* A recognized professional certification or registration in the applicable field, if requiredLICENSE & CERTIFICATIONS:* Valid U.S. Driver?s License* Must have a Valid US Passport.KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:* Experience and understanding of construction safety program* Project or area management experience in international locations and diverse cultural environments is recommended* Ability to communicate effectively with audiences that include but are not limited to management, co-workers, clients, vendors, contractors, and visitors* Good knowledge and experience on project design, engineering, procurement, material management, construction, commissioning, start up, turn over work processes, sequencing, and interfacesTRAVEL:100%, in deployed location.SECURITY CLEARANCE:Must have and maintain a DoD Secret Clearance.Readiness Management Support, L.C.www.iapws.comReadiness Management Support, L.C.
