Key Responsibilities:Design and develop civil and structural systems for buildings, bridges, roads, and other infrastructure projectsPerform structural analysis using design software (e.g., AutoCAD, STAAD, ETABS)Review and ensure compliance with project specifications, building codes, and safety standardsOversee the construction process, ensuring quality control and adherence to timelinesProvide technical support during the construction phase and resolve any engineering issues that arisePrepare engineering drawings, design calculations, and reportsCollaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineers to ensure seamless project executionConduct site inspections and ensure construction activities are carried out according to plansEnsure the structural integrity and safety compliance of all designsRequirements:Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural EngineeringProven experience as a Civil and Structural Engineer in construction or engineering projectsProficiency in structural design software (AutoCAD, STAAD, ETABS, Revit, etc.)Strong knowledge of building codes, construction materials, and structural design principlesExcellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skillsAbility to work under tight deadlines and in a fast-paced environmentStrong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality workRelevant certifications or licenses (e.g., PMP, PE) are a plus
