  • You will perform a daily income audit and all related analysis and reporting requirements.
  • Supervise Accounts Payable and General Cashier, prepare monthly journal entries necessary to complete monthly financial statements.
  • Perform monthly reconciliation of balance sheet accounts and clear reconciling items on a timely basis.
  • Provide full and accurate forecasting and budgeting proposals within the hotel, in consultation with the Assistant Director of Finance
  • Ensure the achievement of all financial targets within the hotel, in consultation with the Assistant Director of Finance
  • Training and development of local Finance staff and ensure accurate succession planning
  • Ensure all financial regulations are met, through the maintenance of adequate systems of internal control
  • Provide timely and accurate financial statements
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
  • Minimum of 3 years? experience in a similar role
  • Previous work experience in the middle east is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Higher Education in Accounting is preferred
