  • Implementation of Delivery Phase/Program Change Management Processes through the Delivery Phase Change Management portal on PMIS.
  • Implementation of Operational Change Management Processes through the OCM Portal on PMIS.
  • Manage the day-to-day activities of the Configuration and Change management process, including establishing priorities and work assignments
  • Organization of Change Management Board meetings.
  • Preparation of weekly, monthly, and other ad hoc reports as required, and presentations for the Change Management Board and Higher Management.
  • Facilitate Configuration and Change Management audits.
  • Develop strong working relationships with Delivery Teams, Operations Team and Contractors.
PROFILE QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor?s degree or higher in Engineering, Information Management, or related discipline
  • 10 years of industry experience
  • Minimum 5 years hands-on experience in Configuration and Change management.
  • Experience of usage of a Configuration Management Tool.
  • Proven track record in Requirements/ Assurance/ Change/ Configuration Management on large infrastructure projects.
  • Working experience in international teams.
  • Experience of usage of a Requirements Management Tool like DOORS or ComplyPro is desirable.
  • Previous railway experience is desirable.
