As a member of the JCTRANS Network, Space Cargo facilitates the transfer and management of various types of cargo, offering services such as import/export clearance, freight forwarding, and specialized transportation of live animals and human remains. With a strong global network of approved agents, Space Cargo ensures seamless logistics operations.Job Profile:We are seeking a talented and motivated Cargo Manager to join our team and spearhead the growth and expansion of our cargo business. As a Cargo Manager, you will be responsible for managing the entire cargo business, overseeing day-to-day operations, and driving strategic initiatives to enhance our services and market presence.Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise all aspects of the cargo business, including operations, sales, customer service, and logistics coordination.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to grow the cargo business and expand market share.
  • Collaborate with partner airlines, clients, and logistics service providers to ensure smooth operations and maximize business opportunities.
  • Oversee the cargo team, providing leadership, guidance, and support to ensure high performance and achievement of targets.
  • Monitor industry trends and market dynamics to identify opportunities for business development and innovation.
  • Implement and maintain effective processes and procedures to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards in the cargo and logistics industry.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including airlines, government authorities, suppliers, and customers.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide feedback, and develop training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the cargo team.
