Employment: Full Time Job Duration: Permanent Employment Main responsibilities:Act as backup assistant to fleet coordinator in performing business operations duties.Provide support to fleet coordinator as and when required.Update internal operation procedures documents such as replacement, new delivery, job order and all needed documents.Coordinate with fleet coordinator to schedule meeting with customers and follow-ups.Support the fleet coordinator in managing and resolving operational issues.Work in good manner to provide excellent customer service.Coordinate with commercial and individuals customer for maintenance services.Store, file and retrieve corporate documents and reports as and when needed.Order, store and organize all replacement documents.Manage incoming and outgoing calls from customers.Manage all office orders on regular basis.Reporting to:Car Rental Operation ManagerDuration:2-5 years contractProbation:3 monthsWorking Hours:48 hours per week REQUIREMENTS: University Qualifications:Bachelor DegreeNature and length of previous experience:Should have at least 3 to 5 Years experience in similar capacity or in Rent a Car business.Specialist knowledge:Experience in a business work environment preferredKnowledge of the industry and market trendsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong business acumenAttention to detailSoft Skills and Personality traits:Proficiency in Microsoft Office applicationsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced environmentExceptional analytical skills to sift through high volumes of data and informationAbility to work sitting down in front of a computer for long hours every dayAge Range: 25-35Gender Preference: MaleNationality Preference: AnyLanguage Fluency: English, Arabic is an advantageCurrent Location: Qatar
