úSupervising the accommodation.úResponsible to look after all camp aspects in term of services and maintenanceúVerify and check compliances of camp on a day to day basisúChecking the accommodation if any employee is sick .Arrange medication and transportationúSupervise for housekeeping for accommodation, office & the camp (cleaning toilet, surroundings, office premises and etc.)úSupervising & managing the garbage disposal, damage wooden pallets, & scrapped cartoons.úCoordinate to admin for new arrivals or departures of employeeúCollecting and coordinating to the Admin in the renewal of ID, Health License, and other documents if required.úResponsible for the camp maintenanceúKeeping records for cleaners attendance.úReporting to the Admin employee?s behavior & issue that will affect the company & work.úResponsible for Planning & Implementation of rules and regulations & ensuring that employee will adhere.úMaintaining the stock for ? beddings, cupboards other maintenance materials required in the camp and request to replenish from time to time, by raising the PR for the shortage materials.úEnsure that all the employees are given the assigned room/bed space and his required items are handed over to him.ÿúObtain acknowledgement for issued materials from respective employeesúMaintenance of the camp requirements like A/c, Lights, Electric and plumbing requirements.úReport damages of the camp fitting and fixturesúMaintaining the cleanliness of company premises and the surroundingsúScheduling the cleaning routines of the cleaners and making adjustments wherever required.úOther tasks assigned him from time to time depending on the work requirement. ÿ
