úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿSupervising the accommodation.úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿResponsible to look after all camp aspects in term of services and maintenanceúÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿVerify and check compliances of camp on a day to day basisúÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿChecking the accommodation if any employee is sick .Arrange medication and transportationúÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿSupervise for housekeeping for accommodation, office & the camp (cleaning toilet, surroundings, office premises and etc.)úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿSupervising & managing the garbage disposal, damage wooden pallets, & scrapped cartoons.úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿCoordinate to admin for new arrivals or departures of employeeúÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿCollecting and coordinating to the Admin in the renewal of ID, Health License, and other documents if required.úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿResponsible for the camp maintenanceúÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿKeeping records for cleaners attendance.úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿReporting to the Admin employee?s behavior & issue that will affect the company & work.úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿResponsible for Planning & Implementation of rules and regulations & ensuring that employee will adhere.úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿMaintaining the stock for ? beddings, cupboards other maintenance materials required in the camp and request to replenish from time to time, by raising the PR for the shortage materials.úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿEnsure that all the employees are given the assigned room/bed space and his required items are handed over to him.ÿúÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿObtain acknowledgement for issued materials from respective employeesúÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿMaintenance of the camp requirements like A/c, Lights, Electric and plumbing requirements.úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿReport damages of the camp fitting and fixturesúÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿMaintaining the cleanliness of company premises and the surroundingsúÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿScheduling the cleaning routines of the cleaners and making adjustments wherever required.úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿOther tasks assigned him from time to time depending on the work requirement. ÿ
