Job Description

Job Title:   CAFM Helpdesk CoordinatorJOB DESCRIPTION:Solely responsible for CAFM System (Computer Aide Facility Management) that support the client in its facilities management.Submit a draft pre preventive every month, which consist of different frequency – weekly, biweekly, monthly, quarterly and half year.Thorough checking in the CAFM System for the whole month for reported date and due date upon receiving the approved PPM schedule.Allocate task ID for every supervisor by zoning area depending on the approved calendar scheduleMonitor daily task submission.Daily corrective maintenance monitoringUpload all task ID daily with assigned due dates.Redo task daily monitoring and coordinate with concerned supervisor and upload upon completion of the job.Monitor safety induction of new employees assigned to the project and coordinate with the coordinator for deployment.Monitor and maintain contractor ID.Prepare purchase order and internal memo.Biometric attendance and e-mail monitoringPerform other tasks assigned by the managementREQUIREMENTSProven 3-5 years’ work experience as a project coordinator or similar role.Experience of using CAFM systemExperience of using Microsoft Office packages, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint and OutlookSALARY: Discuss upon interviewEMPLOYMENT TERM: •    Full Time •
