Job Description

About this role:

  • Supports Business Division Manager with ongoing project reporting, schedule control, change management and other ad-hoc business team deliverables.
  • Assess and analyze EPC Contractors project controls performance in the areas of execution planning, progress measurement and reporting.
  • Assess project team requirements and needs (dashboards, monthly, weekly, risk, action tracking and KPI reports).
  • Develop, coordinate, and compile input from PMT team members for shareholders and stakeholders requirements (presentations, reports, etc).
  • Participate in PMT evaluation of EPC Contractor change requests including assessment of schedule and cost impacts.
  • Assists PMT in developing schedule corrective actions and recovery plans.
  • Coordinate collection of business team deliverables as required by audit program.
  • Assist in developing project close out report to ensure that detailed information on project performance is retained.
What you need to bring:
  • Bachelors degree in business or engineering alternatively relevant experience in oil and gas industry.
  • Minimum of ten (10) years of major EPC project experience within the Oil and Gas Industry.
  • Broad experience in project controls, including cost, schedule, progress reporting, procurement, and change management.
  • Minimum five (5) years experience associated with engineering, procurement, and construction of large onshore plants and/or LNG plants.
  • Good Software skills: Primavera P6, Advanced excel.
