?Excellent development knowledge in IBM BPM/BAW including Business processes & services design? Strong BPM UI development skills including JavaScript, BPM UI, Spark UI Toolkit (both coach views and heritage coaches) for a responsive and highly polished user experience? Detailed experience in integrating external systems via SOAP/REST Web Services with IBM BPM/BAW? Experience with database integration and SQL, able to write complex queries & Procedures.? Experience in consuming soap web services (XML, JSON) and exposing services as SOAP web services? Knowledge on building custom Java applications for project purpose and logging mechanism.? Knowledge of teams and experience in working with team filter/retrieval services.? Experience in leveraging gateways, UCA & different events to control the process flow.? Identify and track critical business data inside business processes & extract data for business reports? Design and create custom reports and Dashboards /scoreboards to provide process visibility? Having IBM BPM Administration & deployment skills will be an added advantage? Having IBM ODM Knowledge will be an added advantage? Creative approach to problem solving, innovation and issue resolution? Strong written and verbal communication skills.? Demonstrates ability to work with system owners, technical teams, and functional teams to design, implement, test, validate a system and Production Support..? Ability to Lead a Team and work effectively under pressure with constantly changing priorities and deadlines.
