Job Title: Service Advisor Bodyshop (Commercial Vehicles)Division: BodyshopKEY ACCOUNTABILITIESCustomer Support & Technical: ? Greet the customers and offer excellent service at all the time ? Listen and determine accident damages and prepare accurate repair estimations ? Liaise with insurance companies for approvals and translate to actionable work orders to workshop to complete ? Follow up with the customer and insurance companies during the work in progress, if additional work required, in the case of delay occurs and after completion of all repairs ? Ensure that work is done as promised in terms of time, value and work provided to customers meet quality standards ? Make sure to deliver the vehicles on time, invoice and collect payments from insurance /customers ? Handle and resolve customer and insurance complaints regarding services and any other concerns ? Maintain customer data and records in DMS and filing ? Any other responsibilities and tasks instructed from the superiors from time to time Reporting & Data Management ? Compile and update daily, weekly and monthly reports as required ?
