Plan and distribute workshop loads to staffs in the workshop according to Technicians/Electricians skill level.
Set priorities for the day to day workshop load and ensure the timely delivery of the vehicle adhering appointment system
Maintain Job Control sheet and Job timing.
Manage liaison between workshop and bodyshop reception on customer vehicle progress.
Maintain the workshop loading system in a timely, up to date and accurate manner
Prepare Productivity and Efficiency reports and submits to management for further review and recommends action to taken to improve the Productivity and Efficiency.
Prepare repair estimates and coordinate with Service Advisors for customer approval.
Supervise the maintenance of workshop tools and sundries
