Key Responsibilities: Operate and monitor the BMS to ensure optimal performance of building systems.Respond to system alarms and troubleshoot faults promptly.Conduct routine checks and preventive maintenance of BMS equipment.Maintain accurate logs of system operations, alarms, and maintenance activities.Collaborate with maintenance teams to resolve technical issues.Follow safety protocols and standard operating procedures.Assist in commissioning and FAT (Factory Acceptance Testing) as required.Qualifications & Experience: Diploma/ITI/Technical Certification in Electrical, Electronics, or related field.Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Facility Management, with hands-on experience operating BMS systems.FM experience is mandatory.Knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems, and building automation.Good troubleshooting and communication skills.
