Job Description

Job Summary:We are looking for a talented and confident Belly Dancer to perform at events, shows, and cultural celebrations. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in Middle Eastern dance styles, captivating stage presence, and the ability to engage audiences with graceful, rhythmic, and expressive movement.Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform choreographed or freestyle belly dance routines at private events, weddings, festivals, restaurants, or stage shows.
  • Interpret music through movement, showcasing skillful isolations, shimmies, undulations, and traditional technique.
  • Engage and interact with the audience while maintaining professionalism and performance quality.
  • Collaborate with event coordinators or entertainment teams to tailor performances to specific themes or cultural settings.
  • Maintain costumes, props (e.g., veils, swords, wings), and personal fitness for optimal performance.
  • Rehearse regularly and stay up to date with traditional and modern belly dance styles.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a belly dancer or in Middle Eastern dance performance.
  • Strong rhythm, body control, and expressive movement.
  • Comfortable performing solo and in front of large audiences.
  • Professional attitude, punctuality, and reliability.
  • Knowledge of cultural significance, music styles, and traditional costuming.
