Job Description

Underground, a new bar and lounge located in the VIP Hotel, is seeking a skilled and experienced Bartender to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a wide variety of drinks, providing excellent customer service and maintaining a clean and organized bar area.Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve a wide variety of drinks, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages
  • Take drink orders and serve drinks to guests
  • Interact with guests, providing excellent customer service
  • Handle cash and credit card payments
  • Keep the bar area clean and organized, stocking it with supplies as needed
  • Follow all state and local liquor laws and regulations
  • Be knowledgeable about menu items and able to make recommendations
  • Assists in inventory, ordering and receiving of bar supplies
  • Follow all health and safety regulations
