We look for individuals who share a passion for excellence and who infuse that enthusiasm into everything they do.Responsibilities:-Applicants must have barista experience and derived from a fast paced working environment; able to offer natural and engaging customer service. We are seeking a barista who possess the latest trend of beverages and have the ability to create signature drinks. The barista is responsible for serving all products with friendly, individualized attention towards each customer. He/she is also responsible for educating customers about our premium coffees and teas. The barista is responsible for serving a variety of coffee drinks and other offering of Arabica Cafe.
  • Deliver the best coffee experience to every guest along with the highest levels of customer service.
  • Brew coffee, make and serve beverages drinks (include the design of coffee arts) as per Four Seasons Resorts & Hotels standards.
  • In addition to, the Barista will demonstrate the product knowledge to customers by advising them and making suggestions.
  • Responsible to train Food and beverage team members making different coffees and design of coffee arts.
  • responsible of requisition of all coffee products and controlling the stocks
  • In charge of servicing/cleaning and maintenance of all the Food and Beverages Outlets coffee machines.
  • Follow up with supplier for any coffee machine breakdown and regular servicing.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills:-
  • Degree Holder, preferably in hotel and restaurant management
  • 2-4 years of experience as professional barista.
  • Excellent command in English, Arabic is an advantage
