Handle all opening, hand over, ongoing and closing duties
Follow restaurant policies, procedures, and service standards
Organize take away orders efficiently and handle orders from home delivery
Ensures stock levels are maintained and required items are timely ordered
Maintains safe and healthy work environment by following organization standards on safety and sanitization policies when handling food and beverage
Informs the manager on duty of any operational inconsistencies
Assist with customer complaints concerning quality and service in a prompt and professional manner or escalate it
Maintains the highest quality, consistent product standards
