Job SummaryAs an AV Supervisor is responsible to monitor the operation and functions of the AV Systems and able to lead the AV Team, whereby the role will include key responsibilities such as:Job Responsibilities Able to lead a team of AV Technicians for day-to-day work.Reporting to the AV Engineer for system status on provided schedule and updating the team progress completion report.Supervises & directs the routine activities and tasks assigned, including manpower, material planning, and scheduling and, to ensure its proper execution.Manages the Technicians based on their trades, divides them into teams, and assigns tasks to each group to accomplish them within the allocated time.Understand and diagnose the system on a monthly/quarterly/semi-annual/annual basis or per OEM recommendation.Coordinates or inspects, operates, and maintains the systems.Ability to meet and deal tactfully and courteously with fellow employees, clients/vendors/contractors.Ensure maintenance service quality of high standards.Ensure Quality, Health & Safety standards are maintained.Prepare and ensure timely submission of project-wise time sheets as per the prescribed standard of the Company.
