Job Summary:We are looking for an Automotive Job Controller to oversee the planning and scheduling of automotive repair and maintenance tasks in a busy workshop. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating workflow, assigning tasks to technicians, and ensuring timely completion of jobs.Job Responsibility:- Create work schedules for technicians based on job priority, skill level, and availability.- Coordinate with the service advisor to ensure accurate job information and customer expectations are met.- Monitor the progress of jobs throughout the day and make adjustments to schedules as needed.- Communicate with technicians to provide job details, answer questions, and resolve any issues that may arise.- Maintain accurate records of job status, technician productivity, and parts usage.- Ensure that all safety and quality standards are met in the workshop.Skills- Proven experience in a similar role within the automotive industry.- Solid understanding of automotive repair and maintenance processes.- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.- Proficiency in using job scheduling software or tools.- Certification in automotive/ Dealership or a related field is a plus.You will be redirected to the company website to apply for this position
