Job Description

Are you an experienced and dynamic professional looking to make a significant impact in the travel and hospitality industry? A leading travel management company, is seeking an ambitious and proactive Assistant Operations Manager to join their team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in implementing new technologies, executing strategic plans set by the General Manager, and leading a team to achieve business expansion and success.Responsibilities:

  • Implement and Drive Technological Advancements: Stay at the forefront of emerging technologies and travel industry trends. Identify and evaluate innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency, streamline processes, and improve customer experiences. Oversee the successful integration and adoption of new technologies within the company.
  • Execute Strategic Plans: Collaborate with the General Managers to develop and execute strategic plans that align with the companys vision and goals. Translate strategic objectives into actionable plans, ensuring all departments and team members are aligned and working towards common targets.
  • Lead and Motivate Team: Manage a dedicated team of professionals, including travel agents, visa specialists, and GSA executives. Provide guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback to drive individual and team excellence. Foster a positive work environment that encourages collaboration, creativity, and personal growth.
  • Monitor and Optimize Processes: Continuously assess operational processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity. Implement performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of operational initiatives and drive accountability.
  • Business Expansion: Support the General Managers in identifying growth opportunities, both domestically and internationally. Contribute to the development and execution of expansion strategies, ensuring all operations are aligned with market demands and regulatory requirements.
