Location:- QatarWorking Hours: 8 hours/day + break, 6 days/weekKey Responsibilities: Supervise and support daily operations across outlets or departments. Implement and maintain operational procedures and quality standards. Monitor inventory and stock levels; oversee procurement processes. Assist in scheduling, staff management, and performance monitoring. Ensure adherence to health, safety, and hygiene regulations. Analyze operational and sales reports to drive improvements. Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to ensure efficient business processes. Resolve customer complaints and operational issues effectively. Participate in hiring, training, and onboarding of new employees. Act on behalf of the Operations Manager when required.Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelors degree required. 25 years of relevant experience in operations or management roles. Strong communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage. Qatar Driving License is preferred but not mandatory. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
