Job Title: Assistant Head Chef (Bakery & Pastry)Responsible For : KITCHEN OPERATIONS We are seeking a male Filipino Assistant Head Chef, currently working at the same level, with a strong focus on baking and pastry preparation from scratch.MAIN DUTIES:•Skilled in creating bread, cakes, and desserts without pre-mixes• Developing recipes, managing ingredients, overseeing kitchen staff, and ensuring the quality and presentation of finished products •Strong sense of confidentiality, especially regarding proprietary recipes and work processes• Experience in people management; able to lead the main kitchen team in the absence of the Head Chef• Handling desserts preparation and bakery• Maintaining Cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen• Following Food Safety proceduresQUALIFICATIONS:Requirements:• Minimum 5 years of experience in baking and pastry production• Age not more than 40 years old• Professional, reliable, and committed to maintaining high standards• Good communication skills. English Language is a must.• Ability to work under pressure with the busy flow of customers.• Effective team-player with good attention to detail.• Excellent skills in maintaining cleanliness and personal hygiene standards.• Must be able to work overtime, as needed.SALARY: Discuss upon interviewEMPLOYMENT TERM: • Full Time
