B. Principal Accountabilities:ÿÿ1. Participate with the section engineers in Designing & Developing new Reliability & Optimization processes in APMS Tool i.e Defect Elimination, Bad Actor Management etc.,ÿ2. Work with section engineers in designing APMS Dash Boards and its maintenance. 3. Assist in Developing KPIs, Metrics, Scorecards, Graphs etc., in APMS.ÿ4. Help in designing Data Queries related to the APMS Modules.ÿ5. Perform the required monthly updates of SAP data into APMS database.ÿ6. Offer backend support to Mesaieed Operations department users.ÿ7. Design any new APMS message alert?s that is required to notify the new events triggers. 8. Offer support with Data loader tools of APMS and data migration into the system. 9. Handle the required data input functions into APMS during the ACA, FMEA, Risk Assessment, Strategy review workshops lead by section engineers.ÿ10. Update maintenance strategies in SAP system as recommended by reliability & optimization engineers based on failure investigation, Bad actors mgmt. etc.,ÿ11. Plan and prepare specific SAP audit reports for identifying gaps in PM Module usage and coordinate with users for resolution.ÿ12. Provide assistance and resolve technical or operational issues in providing complete and useful maintenance data from work order system for specific reliability analysis.ÿ13. Coordinate with optimization group to resolve any data discrepancy that may encountered prior to, during or after entry of data into the SAP system.ÿ14. Prepare presentations, databases using MS access, and other computerized formats and the likes for system improvements and business improvements.ÿ15. Participate and prepare business related presentations and reports as required by the division. 16. Work closely and assist in Reliability & Optimization studies initiated at the OAO(M) Division.ÿ
