Job Responsibilities 1Review different design aspects of APM projects and identify matters of concern. Monitor the production of LOD drawings. Review design for retail units to be in compliant with the Design Criteria Manual. Have a clear communication channel with different stakeholders. Supervise construction of different APM projects to achieve opening as per the schedule and as per the Fit-Out Guidelines and compliance with local authorities. Ensure construction works meet APM requirements and standards. Identify critical issues which would affect the design or project progress and report to HOD. Work closely with the RDT team to improve fitout works. Be keen for new design approaches, research market for new materials and ideas which could be adapted within different store. Job Responsibilities 2Have high knowledge of contraction details. Coordinates all aspects of the design & fitout process with different departments within the company. Actively monitor the Fit-Out process to eliminate possible opportunities for delay whilst monitoring that all aspects of the building are compliant with approvals. Create weekly and monthly progress/design reports for the HOD?s evaluation. Review and update the fitout procedure wherever required. Monitor the safety measures taken by the contractor and make sure they all comply to the property rules. Coordinate with the company?s authorized consultant and follow up with them on all related works.Be a team player and work as a liaison between RDT team, general contractor, and authorized consultant.Keep track of assigned tasks and achieve KPIs.Additional Responsibilities 3Job Knowledge & Skills Knowledge in Retail Delivery / Project Management / Design / Construction. Proficient in design software, AutoCAD, planning software such as Microsoft project.Ability to work within a multicultural team of all levels of the business. Ability to multitask and monitor different projects within the company. Proactive and can work under minimal supervision with self-motivation to complete tasks.
