Conducting analysis and identifying process improvement opportunities.
Appian installation/upgrade and patching on Windows OS, preferably with Appian version 19.X or higher.
Installation/configuration/troubleshooting of Java Application servers such as JBOSS used by Appian. Start-up and shutdown of Appian servers.
Install and configure Appian software applications
Manage and maintain Appian servers and databases
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Appian software
Collaborate with developers and project managers to deploy Appian solutions
Provide technical support to end-users of Appian systems
Monitor system performance and optimize system settings
Create and maintain system documentation, including installation guides, configuration guides, and troubleshooting guides
Stay up-to-date with new Appian releases and features, and make recommendations for upgrades
